GunFighter launches new online help desk
To better serve our players with paintball or airsoft problems, GunFighter Pro Shop has launched an online support help desk system. You can now submit a tech support request before you bring or send your gun into GunFighter or right while you are in our store! Our new system will enable our techs to answer your questions about products you are considering and solve most issues with your gun right through our online system.
The new online support system is powered by HESK Help Desk software and customized to meet the needs of our players. When submitting a repair request online or in the store, please enter as much information as possible about the problem you are having so our techs can get right to the problem.
