Service, Support and our Pledge!

GunFighter Paintball ProShop stands behind all the products we sell and will always try our best, within the limitations of store or manufacturer policies, to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. All paintball markers and airsoft guns purchased at GunFighter Paintball ProShop carry a special GunFighter warranty for any service or repairs for the original owner (does not cover electronic repair parts that are out of the manufacturer warranty).  All custom built markers and guns by GunFighter Paintball & AirSoft Pro Shop carry the same warranties on labor and parts. GunFighter Limited Lifetime warranty on Paintball Markers

As of March 2007 GunFighter ProShop instituted a new warranty policy for all paintball markers purchased from our pro shop to ensure that all of our customers will have an enjoyable paintball playing experience without having to worry about the maintenance of their paintball marker. This Limited Lifetime Warranty also includes yearly performance checkups for all paintball markers purchased from GunFighter Paintball Pro Shop at no charge to our customers.

All paintball markers purchased from GunFighter ProShop are covered by our exclusive limited lifetime warranty for mechanical parts, orings and labor. This policy is retro-active to cover all paintball markers purchased since GunFighter ProShop opened for business in July of 2004. The GunFighter Proshop Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all repair and/or replacement costs on OEM mechanical parts, internal o-rings, cupseals, drive & trigger springs and labor charges due to defects. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover electronic boards and/or electronic components that may “burn out” over time. Any electronic components that fail after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired will be repaired or replaced at OEM cost with no labor charges for our customers.  Our warranty policy does not cover “player” installed upgrades whether purchased from GunFighter Pro Shop or elsewhere. GunFighter Pro Shop technicians will install all electronic, performance and cosmetic component upgrades purchased from GunFighter Pro Shop at no charge to you, our customer. GunFighter Pro Shop will cover all electronic, performance and cosmetic upgrades purchased from our proshop and installed by our technicians for the manufacturer’s warranty period.  This includes body kits, body add-ons, electronic boards, valve enhancements and all other upgrades available at GunFighter Pro Shop. GunFighter Pro Shop does not guarantee the increase performance level of any upgrade installed on your paintball marker. Performance levels depend greatly on how a player may “set-up” his/her paintball marker and as such can be greatly affected once it is out of our shop. All performance upgrades installed by our technicians will be "tuned" for the best performance level. Should a paintball marker have to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair, this warranty policy also covers any shipping charges that may be incurred. The GunFighter Pro Shop Limited Lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear through use or damage caused by abuse.

All sales on paintball markers are final, and can not be accepted for return or exchanges.

GunFighter Limited Lifetime Labor Warranty on Airsoft Guns

GunFighter Pro Shop will cover all labor charges for the repair of airsoft guns purchased from our pro shop for as long as you own your gun. Due to manufacturer restrictions, GunFighter can only cover repair parts for your airsoft gun during the manufacturer's warranty period. Gunfighter Pro Shop is always working to improve our warranty policies and as such any new changes to our airsoft gun warranties will be retro active. The GunFighter Techs will do everything in their power to cover repair parts when possible and currently this will be on a case by case basis. Should your airsoft gun fail during the warranty period and have to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair, GunFighter Pro Shop will cover all shipping charges. Any repair/labor fees on airsoft guns purchased from GunFighter Pro Shop are covered under our Limited Lifetime Labor Warranty.
At present batteries, chargers and magazines are not covered by the GunFighter Limited Lifetime Warranty policy.

All sales on airsoft guns are final, and can not be accepted for return or exchanges.

GunFighter Pro Shop Policies

Bench/Repair Fees

Paintball markers and airsoft guns not purchased at GunFighter Paintball Proshop, which are brought in for service and/or repairs are subject to a $25 Bench Charge for diagnostic services and cleaning, which will be applied towards any additional labor charges for needed repairs. GunFighter Paintball ProShop has a $25 per hour labor charge plus parts for repairs on paintball markers, and a $50 gear box labor charge for airsoft guns not covered by our warranty policy. Product warranties are handled by GunFighter ProShop unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

All returns must have the original receipt and must be made within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date. All returns are for in-store credit only. All items associated with the product (including warranty cards, instructions, packaging and box) must accompany the product and also be in new condition. A restocking fee ranging from 10% to 80% may be charged depending on the condition of the product and all items associated with it, at the discretion of the store manager.

Before any item can be considered for a return or exchange it must meet all of the following conditions:

Special Orders

No returns are allowed on special orders. All special orders must be paid in full before the order is placed. Special orders which are canceled after the order has been placed will forfeit 25% of the purchase price.

Paintballs and Paintball Pods

No returns or refunds are allowed on paintballs or pods. All paintballs should be inspected before leaving the store when purchased to insure that there are no breaks. Breaks found at the time of purchase will be replaced with unbroken bags.

Airsoft Magazines, Clips, Batteries and Chargers

No returns are allowed on airsoft gun magazines, batteries or battery chargers. Please ask a pro shop staff member for proper procedures when charging batteries or loading magazines.

Clothing

Returns on clothing are limited to defects in material or manufacturing and must be in new condition (meaning not worn). Returns are also limited to exchanges for the same type of clothing originally purchased. Any clothes that have been worn or used can not be returned to GunFighter Pro Shop and any defects found in the material after the fact must be directed to the manufacturer. No returns are allowed on “underwear” type clothing including slider shorts, board shorts, athletic cups, sports bras and the like.

Various Soft Gear

Packs, gear bags, mask bags and other soft goods may be returned for exchange at the discretion of the store manager if the product has not been used and is in NEW condition. Returns are limited to defects in stitching, material or manufacturing.

Goggle Systems and Lens

No returns are allowed on replacement lens after they leave the store. All lenses should be inspected for scratches before purchase. Goggle systems must be unused and in new condition in the original package to be returned for exchange or store credit. Any goggle system that has been used in any way can not be accepted for return.

Hard Gear and UpGrades

Only defective electronic hoppers, box mags, c-mags and/or drum mags will be accepted for exchange. Other electrical components, such as upgrade boards, mosfets, enhancements, and pneumatic upgrade components installed by the end-user can not be returned to GunFighter Pro Shop.  Electronic upgrades and pneumatic components installed by GunFighter Proshop will be cover by our warranty policies for the manufacturer warranty period.

Barrels, barrel inserts, barrel backs, airsoft barrels (inner and outer), adapters and tips can only be returned for store credit if they are in new condition, have no scratches or marks and show no evidence of abuse. Barrels that have been used can not be returned.

GunFighter Pro Shop does not guarantee the level or percentage of performance increase of any upgraded installed on a marker and/or gun by the end-user or by a Pro Shop technician.

Drop Forwards, ASAs, trigger frames, RAS/RIS units, enhancements and other body parts can not be returned once installed. Custom Anodizing and milling jobs are warranted only through the contracted company or companies and are not guaranteed by GunFighter Paintball & AirSoft Pro Shop in looks, color or function. No returns are allowed on custom work.
